COVID Approach

Since February, we have closely monitored the evolving nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, and have not only followed CDC recommendations, but when in doubt, have erred on the side of caution and the safety of our employees above all else. As such, we have been working remotely since early March, 2020, and will not require anyone to transition back to the office until at least the end of the 2020/2021 school year. While our goal is ultimately to rejoin one another in person, we will remain patient, and will use our collective creativity to continue to build a culture that makes WIP, WIP. If you’re thinking of applying, it means you could start with us remotely, with the ultimate goal of joining us in Colorado!
